These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern the text messaging program provided by Birdi (“Birdi”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from Birdi, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Name / Brand

The name of this SMS program is Birdi Service Notifications, and it is operated by Birdi.

2. Program Description

Birdi sends SMS messages to users who have opted in to receive communications from Birdi. Messages are strictly limited to transactional and service-related purposes, including:

Account alerts
Verification codes
Payment reminders
Service notifications
Missed in-app notifications

Birdi does not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.

3. Opt-In and Consent

Users may opt in to receive SMS messages from Birdi by providing their phone number and explicit consent through an opt-in form within the Birdi mobile application. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from Birdi and for any messages you send to Birdi, according to your mobile carrier plan.

6. HELP and STOP Instructions

You can manage your participation in the Birdi SMS program at any time:

To stop receiving SMS messages from Birdi, reply STOP to any Birdi SMS message.
To request assistance, reply HELP to any Birdi SMS message.

After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Your participation in the Birdi SMS program is also subject to the Birdi SMS Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Carrier Liability Disclosure

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
