Delete Account
At Birdi, users can fully delete their account and all associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Birdi account directly from within the app:
- Open the Birdi app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm your request
Once confirmed, your account and all related data are permanently deleted.
What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account will permanently remove:
- Your user profile
- Messages and conversations
- Business data stored in the app
- Associated phone number settings
- Any uploaded content
Data Retention
All personal data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. Birdi does not retain user data after an account is deleted, except where required by law.
